The pruning tipper

A tree surgeon needs his tipper to transport shavings and branches and to store tools and equipment (chain saws, cans of fuel, work site cones, etc.)
The adaptation of the tipper to the tree surgeon's trade therefore requires the addition of the following accessories:

  • Side extensions
They make it possible to increase load capacity. In this way the side height of the tipper goes from 35 cm to 1.25 m. They are solid (in aluminium planks) thus preventing the load from escaping during transport.
  • Protective roof
Fixed on the side extensions, it is ideal when shredding. It prevents the wood shavings from falling outside the tipper. No more projections onto surrounding cars and no more need to clean up after work!
  • Solid cab protection with reinforced polypropylene filling
Specially designed to resist impacts from shavings leaving the shredder, it adapts very easily on a mesh cab protection.
  • Cone holder
Impossible to forget the cones in the depot with this holder located under the tipper and swivelling for better accessibility. The work site perimeter is always marked out.
  • The step ladder and access handle
The step ladder makes it possible to climb into the tipper easily. It then slides under the tipper for storage. The handle is fixed on the rear pillar of the side extensions and is a great help for climbing into the tipper. It is compatible with a rear extension.
  • Universal door
This door has 2 functions: automatic release downwards and opening of the 2 leaves. If the load is high, it is much easier to tip with the 2 door leaves open.
  • The stainless steel box
It is fixed under the tipper and enables fuel cans to be stored. This prevents the behind cab storage locker from being soiled.
  • Triangle and rotating beacons
These accessories make it possible to be seen and to secure the work site.
  • The behind cab storage locker
This is very capacious and enable all the equipment to be stored. As tools are often very expensive the locker can be fitted with burglar-proof doors. It is possible to add shelves and non-slip mats to these lockers.
  • Triva Entreprise coupling
Connected more to the truck than the tipper, nevertheless this is installed by JPM because in combines the underrun protective device + the tow hitch + mixed hook.
  • Net
It prevents the load from “flying away” during transport.
A customised pruning tipper greatly facilitates its user’s work whilst securing his work area (less difficulty, more ergonomics, more efficiency).
