Why do roofers use tippers?

A roofer uses the tipper to transport roofing tiles, ladders, and gutters, among other things. The tipper allows for worksite waste disposal, and can transport any materials and tools needed for roof renovation or construction. A tipper customized for roofing makes the roofer’s work more efficient.

What JPM options are available for roofers?

• Toolbox behind cab
  Offers ample storage capacity to keep tools safe and secure. It can be fitted with burglar-proof doors, shelves, and non-slip mats.
• Load stops
  Load stops can be used to secure ladders, for example, on the cab guard. They are easily installed and moved (by means of a simple knob) across the entire width of the ladder rack. More than one can be added.
• Cab, side panel and door protectors
  They provide protection during loading and unloading, and when transporting parts that come into contact with them.
• Lashing rings
  JPM offers several types of lashing rings at different points on the body: on the floor and on the cab guard.
• Strap storage box
  This is a storage box for straps, with a roll-up system.
• Universal door or Easydoorr
  These two doors offer automatic release and additional manual opening: Two-leaf for the Universal, downward opening for the Easydoor.
• Uear plank rack
  With a maximum capacity of 300 kg, this rack can be used to store long items such as ladders.
• Tipper access
  These options provide access to the body from the rear: A step with the Easydoor door and an access ladder with the universal door.

Which tipper should a roofer have? Steel or aluminium?

• 
  The major difference between a steel body and a JPM aluminium-based body is the payload.
  A 3260 mm aluminium-based body offers 181 kg more payload than a steel body of the same length.
  The main advantage of the aluminium-based tipper is its sturdiness:
• Continuous seam welds reinforce the structure considerably.
• Boxed side panels offer remarkable rigidity and minimize warping: An impact on the inside won't be seen on the outside.
• Tapered rear posts ensure a durable hold, as they are adjustable via a clamping screw.
• The two-coat epoxy powder finish protects against bumps and scratches.
• Additionally, aluminium does not corrode.
